Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

“Glad tidings we bring..…” Oh ok it’s not quite Christmas yet.

We are approaching the end of the year and what a year it’s been.
We hope you have enjoyed it and looking forward to 2018, as much as we are.

In the main we’ve had some delightful feedback from clients but we’ve also received some feedback that will provide the business with lessons. In our view all feedback is good as it helps us improve our overall service.

With this in mind; if you were to Google what an advertising agency is – this is the answer:-

“Ad agencies employ a broad range of advertising strategies to create marketing campaigns tailored to their clients’ needs. … Ad agencies work closely with the client to gather information and pitch their campaign ideas followed by the creative process of actually making and distributing the ads.”

This is quite a sweeping statement so I’d like to add what else we do.

We really get to know our clients, their brand and their precise aims to create and roll out bespoke strategies that take them where they want to go.
• We don’t limit ourselves or what we deliver on their behalf, to a niche. Instead we give them access to various levels of expertise, all working together in perfect harmony.
• We create consistent and clear messages that reinforce the values they represent and the benefits they deliver. We increase the frequency and broaden the range of those touchpoints, raising the probability of their customers encountering them.

As a service business our relationships with clients and suppliers play a large part in being successful, but let’s not forget the bigger picture in that our service and results to clients, far out weighs any relationship.

So what about next year?

We have invested in two great new people, joining our PAB family due to the growth in new clients;
• We will do more to review our core values, we have 10!
• We will be more creative; pushing the boundaries in a crowded market with head turning ideas that work both on and offline.
• We will look at more ways to boost brand in general using Ambient media;
• We will continue to work with our customers and provide them with amazing results and help them take their business where they want it to go;

All achieving our favourite and most important core value.


Overall, we’ve enjoyed 2017 and really looking forward to putting all this in action next year!
