A global initiative named Cemex GO is a system designed for customers to have unique control of order information, live delivery tracking, invoices and payments. As part of a soft launch in the UK the client wanted to create something different to showcase one of the systems features – live delivery tracking.
Cemex has a fleet of tankers that transport products up and down the UK. The ideas was mooted to wrap one entirely in vinyl graphics of a seamless map and location route example from the Cemex GO system. This proved a challenge to design and fit due to the nature of a tankers complex ‘barrel’ shape and undulating features but the finished project was executed brilliantly and can be seen up and down the country.
A small gesture can make a big difference, especially in the workplace. Cemex approached PAB Studios looking for a thank you card for long-serving staff members, those who work so hard to fulfil the company’s ‘Building A Better Future’ slogan. It needed to reflect the Cemex’s roots and values, something unique and heartfelt which communicated their gratitude better than the generic cards on the high-street shelves.
The Isometric styling used fits perfectly with their industrial roots and keeps the illustration clean and simple, while foiling and embossing give a quality finish.
This is a product that uses a unique system of large hollow lightweight blocks which lock together and provide a formwork into which concrete is poured. The client required a modern looking brochure to be given to decision makers promoting the benefits of this efficient, flexible solution including technical specs.
